Inspiration For The Como Collection

For the Spring 2023 Collection, I was inspired by The Villa d'Este in Lake Como. 

The lush, manicured gardens with their fresh green hues and the coral and shell mosaic fountain walls gave me plenty of color direction.

I picked out stones in Tucson this year that reminded me of those vibrant spring colors.

From this grouping, I narrowed it down to focus on the essential colors and textures for the collection.

I was most drawn to chartreuse, coral, peach, and mint green.

The motifs for this collection centered around arches and the texture of the shell walls of the Villa d'Este and the Vizcaya in Miami.
