I studied a bit of Dante’s 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘰 in preparation for this collection and one quote stuck with me as I was making these rings during this chaotic time, and that is “Poca favilla gran fiamma seconda.” From a small spark can come a mighty blaze. I think this idea is applicable in so many ways right now and I find it beautiful and encouraging. I think about it almost everyday. No act is ever too small.
