The Sunday Times: Issue #16

May 11, 2025

WELCOME TO ISSUE 16 OF

THE [PALM] SUNDAY TIMES

This week has been so busy here in the studio. Really trying my best to get as many pieces for Paradiso finished as I can before I leave in July for a much needed getaway with a girlfriend to Portugal! I'm so excited, but that does give me a hard deadline for this collection. Read more on that below for details.

Also, I created a new tool this week for anyone who struggles with deciding which Foundation Collection band to add to their stack! It's called the Try-On Template and I'll explain how it works in this week's issue.

So pour yourself a cup of tea and get comfy.

PARADISO RELEASE DATE

I'M AIMING FOR MID-JUNE

The Paradiso Collection will release in mid-June to allow me enough time to size rings and pack/ship everything before I leave for Portugal in July. I will likely do a Part I release in mid-June with a Part II that I work on and finish when I return from Portugal. I estimate that Part II will release in August or September. I'll do a very detailed preview for Part I so you'll know what to expect. If you have any questions, you can always email or DM me.

Here is a sneak peek at one that I *just* finished setting last night. It's a Montana Sapphire cut by Tatum Gems in Australia.

NEW TRY-ON TEMPLATE

BUILD YOUR STACK

Sign up for the mailing list on the website pop-up or here to get a free try-on template. The template prints to scale on letter-sized (8.5x11") paper and is easy to use. Just roll it up so it fits through your ring or rings and slide your rings under all the Foundation Band shapes. You can also flip the paper to see what your ring looks like above a band as well.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

TO ALL THE MUMS AND GRANDMUMS

I wanted to close out this issue with a little ode to my mum, Stella. She's my best friend and my fiercest supporter. She's never questioned any of my wild and crazy life ideas and even came to visit me when I moved to Hawaii on a whim to work on a farm (above photo). I definitely get my love for adventure from her and am forever grateful for her.

If you are a mother or grandmother, I hope that you feel all the love and respect that you deserve today. Being a mother is definitely the hardest job this earth has to offer.

I also know that Mother's Day can be just as painful for some as it is lovely for others. Know that I am thinking of you and hold space in my heart for you and your pain today.

Til next week!

Thanks so much for following along.
Lauren
